From Bangkok boardrooms to Boston hardware. I build things at the intersection of technology and the human body.

Luna Chantalat is a Boston-based MBA candidate at the MIT Sloan School of Management and Chief of Staff at Striv, where she works across product strategy, growth, fundraising, and partnerships to build AI-powered wearable technology for movement and longevity.
Before MIT, Luna spent nearly five years at McKinsey & Company, advising organizations across Southeast Asia and the Middle East on AI, healthcare, digital transformation, and growth strategy. Her work has spanned product launches, operational transformations, and executive decision-making across both private and public sectors.
In 2024, Luna founded Million Hopes Kenya after witnessing the challenges of healthcare access in rural Kenya. What began as a single mobile clinic has since delivered care to more than 1,000 Maasai patients, reinforcing her belief that technology and entrepreneurship should solve meaningful human problems.
At MIT, Luna focuses on the intersection of AI, healthcare, and human performance. She is particularly interested in building companies that combine cutting-edge technology with thoughtful design to help people live healthier, longer lives. She is also interested in venture capital and the commercialization of breakthrough technologies.
Originally from Thailand, Luna has lived and worked across Asia, the Middle East, Africa, China, and the United States, shaping her global perspective on innovation, leadership, and entrepreneurship. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a minor in Marketing from Thammasat University and is currently pursuing her MBA at the MIT Sloan School of Management.
Children's Book (In Progress)
During college, I spent time teaching kindergarten, and it quickly became one of my favorite experiences. Working with kids made me realize how naturally curious they are and how much they enjoy imagining what's possible. Today, the world they're growing up in is changing faster than ever. Many of the jobs they'll have don't even exist yet. That's what inspired me to start writing a children's book about the jobs of tomorrow. My hope is to help kids imagine the future with excitement rather than uncertainty, and encourage them to stay curious, dream boldly, and believe they can build things that make the world a little better. Stay tuned!
